On Sunday, V.I. showed their stuff at Miami Ice’s 1st Car Show. It was held at the same place Club V.I.P. had their car show in June. Showing for us were me, Mike B., Mike, Tony D., Tara, Beth, Liz, Lauri, Ray, & Jimi. For support were Wendy, Dan, Jimi’s friend, & Jo. There was not much to the show, they anticipated on more cars showing up, but it was just us and Sudden Impact. There were 24 awards for 23 cars. The highlight of this show was the reconstruction of the remote control race cars that we race at every show. In the awards Jimi took “Best Truck”, Liz took “Best Street Rod”, Tara took “Best Import”, and the rest of us took Top 20 trophies. So, I guess you can say it was another “Clean Sweep”. Next Saturday is the “Big One”! HOT IMPORT NIGHTS!!! I personally can’t wait. I hope to see everyone from V.I. there for show or at least support.
